The zener diode is one of the diodes, and also has the basic unidirectional conduction characteristics of the diode, that is, the forward voltage is on, and the reverse voltage is not. Zener diode is used to stabilize the voltage by its characteristic that the current will rise sharply when reverse breakdown occurs. It shows that the dynamic resistance Rz at this time, that is, the ratio of the increased voltage divided by the increased current, is relatively small, which will make the fluctuation of external voltage have less impact on the voltage at both ends of the zener diode.


作用就是保持电压的稳定,在电源电压发生波动,或其它原因造成电路中各点电压变动时,稳压二极管能保持负载两端的电压将基本不变。

稳压二极管与普通二极管有何区别

用途不一样,普通二极管的作用主要用在整流电路、限幅电路电路。结构不一样,压管与普通二极管相比从内部来说在制造上所采用的掺杂物质是不一样的,同时在结面积上也是不一样的,比如稳压管内部PN结面积多以点接触构成而普通二极管的PN结的结面积多以面接触。



稳压二极管电路作用

电流可在很大范围内变化而电压基本不变的现象,制成的起稳压作用的二极管。稳压二极管可以串联起来以便在较高的电压上使用,通过串联就可获得更高的稳定电压。
